    Pretty straightforward
    45ml Junmai Ginjo Sake
    135ml any flavor seltzer, I used 3 different flavors
    1ml or less orange bitters

    Tastes surprisingly close to a lager, improves with maceration time.
    25 proof/12.5% abv
