    I used:
    60ml Svedka vodka
    15ml Hiram Walker Blue Curaçao
    5ml Angostura Orange Bitters
    90ml Mountain Dew Voltage
    Mix, serve on the rocks, tastes of blue raspberry and orange zest, quite delicious!
    32.5 proof/16.25% abv

      After further experimentation, I’d recommend cutting back to 2.5ml bitters and mixing a full bottle or more at once and leaving refrigerated overnight for the best balance and blend of the flavors.
