Ja’Drak’s Ketracel White

  • 1 1/2 shot Bacardi Limon
  • 1 shot Bacardi lime
  • fill with CALPICO® or Calpis (non-carbonated beverage made from high quality non-fat milk. can be found at Asian markets or online)
  • a Dash of lemon juice should taste similar to a lemonade with lime

Add them together. Place in tube or cup to distribute.

    In my attempt to make this, I used:
    30ml Bacardi Lime
    45ml Bacardi Limon
    (If on a budget, Cruzan makes a “Citrus Rum” that is Lemon/Lime/Grapefruit flavored so you could just buy one bottle and use 75ml)
    5ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
    80ml Calpico (1 full Calpico Mini bottle, available in 4 packs on Amazon)
    Mix, serve on the rocks, tastes mostly of lemonade, very refreshing.
    33 proof/16.5% abv
