The Scottish Klingon Garrison got together with some crew from the USS Valiant (Glasgow), USS Tesla (Edinburgh), USS Alba (Edinburgh) and USS Challenger (online group) to celebrate St.Andrew’s day/Christmas together at Amarone Italian Restaurant in the centre of Edinburgh.
Everyone was given a ‘Klingon name for the night’, we had a short Star Trek Quiz (in pairs) around the table, had a Hunt the Targ in the Resteraunt to find our mascot, and finished up with a Charity Raffle (Trek and Sci-fi prizes) which raised around $120 for Scottish Food Banks.
Great fun, with some crew retiring to a nearby pub for some drinks afterwards, and a successful ‘Scottish Trek Together’ night out.
