This week we start by taking a look at Mindscanner Issue 16, first released in early 1992. 
Unlike previous issues of the Mindscanner, this issue was a large 11″ by 17″ page that was folded into a booklet. One side has the pages shown online, while the other side had a giant list of ships, along with their CO’s name and addresses. We have decided not to include this page at this time due to privacy concerns as well the information being long out of date. We do plan to add a page to this issue with a list of all the ship names on it, once they have all been typed up, to give historical record of all the KAG ships that were active at the time.
