On April 29, 2023 local ships from the Klingon Assault Group descended upon the Hickory Comic Con at the Hickory Metro Convention Center in Hickory, NC.
Brave ships in attendance included the IKV Executioner, the KPV Krimson Fury and the IKS Oblivion.
Representing the Executioner out of Hickory, NC were IXL Brigadier Keela zantai-Septaric, Cmdr. Martok vestai-lungQIj, IXL 1st Lt. S’Risha tai and her targ, the Raging Marshmallow (Wallaby). Attending from the Krimson Fury out of Charlotte, NC were Lt. Cmdr. Dronoss vestai-Hov che’ and Lt. Cmdr. Krikala vestai-Hov che’. Attending from the shuttle Oblivion was IXL Lt. Way’Nar tai-Barrak.
The battle raged long and hard with the Klingon Assault Group winning the day with a successful fundraiser for Kwanzaa Family Inn’s roof project. $500 was raised. Of that amount IXL Lt. S’Risha vestai and the Raging Marshmallow raised $50 by prowling the dealer rooms. Qapla’!
Afterwards the victorious warriors celebrated a Good Day to Dine by feasting at NY Hibachi Buffet.
