Dale “Nando” Hulmer

It is the duty to report the passing of Dale Hulmer. Born 28 July 1973, Duluth, MN, USA. Died in 2014 from respiratory illness.
Liietenant (junior grade) Nando Ruj of House Jo’Chiyn was the first commander of IKV Ghatlhwi’, leaves mourning friends and family to serve the Black Fleet after serving KAG since 2000.
