It is the duty to report the passing of Charles M. “Chuck” O’Donnell II
Charles M. “Chuck” O’Donnell II, 51, reported to The Black Fleet June 3, 2005, at his home, with his family by his side.
A lifelong resident of Akron,Ohio, USA, Chuck is survived by his honorable wife Audrey; daughter of his heart, Stephanie, and their son, Spike. His hearty laughter and guidance be greatly missed by all that knew him.
A strong presence in fandom, Chuck was an active member of several local Star Trek fan clubs, most notably as a Klingon of the Kk8ngon Assault Group. Wearing authentic makeup and uniform, “Lt. Cmdr. K’Chuk Khurn” appeared at many charity functions, where his presence always created a lasting impression for many, young and old.
