FROM COLD BLOOD QUADRANT
Cold Blood Quadrant Member Shines
The
Klingons in the Cold Blood Quadrant have been quite for a while but
we've had a few members working on different projects. My Communication
Officer had been feeling unnecessary and wanted to do something to
recreate his role to feel useful again.
So
Commander Gos sutai-HoHHov, CO of the IKV Fury in the Gateway
Squadron, spent most of the Winter working hard on a project to
reinvent his role within the Cold Blood Quadrant. Quadrant
Archivist is what he came up with. He had been looking through the list
groups and realized that there was a lot valuable information in there
and of course a lot of pointless chit-chat. So,
Cmdr. Gos started making documents and converting them to .PDF and was
able to build a website that was set up for the Cold Blood Quadrant to
use. With times the way there are we all have to take a step back, look
at what we do and what we want not only in Fandom but also in our lives
at work, in our communities, and within our families. Times change and
so do our needs and wants. We have to adapt and overcome, make
changes
in how we conduct business. Cmdr. Gos did this within fandom and has
shown his importance to the Cold Blood Quadrant, the Cold Terror Fleet,
and to KAG. I enjoy seeing people grow, helping others, and to see the
work they do. I like to put my people
in the spotlight, when they do something great I want everyone to know
who they are and what they do. Please take a look at his work.

KAG Demon Knights
1st Imperial Marines
Fighter Attack
Wing 'Demon Knights' is
a role-playing group of Imperial Marines that resembles the show 'Space
Above and Beyond'. The role-play is all through e-mail. This is a KAG
Imperial Marine group only. The Demon Knights are a role-playing group,
a place to play a Klingo fighter pilot. You don't have to leave
the
ship you are on to be part of it. For those that don't have a
ship
this is a way for them to be active in KAG to achieve rank and to be
noticed by others. We are looking for Klingon Marines that what to
fight for and protect the Klingon Empire. We also have a group area
that all can participate in and add to the fun, not only Marines. It's
in YahooGroups: Klingon_Battles.
Chain
of Command
For those of us that have
been...or still are... in the Military have been taught you go to the
person directly over you in the Chain of Command, and if they
cannot
help then you move to the person over them as long as that person knows
you are going over their head. Well this is not the Military even
if
some think it is. I have made myself available to many Klingons
throughout KAG and sometimes crossed a boarder or two trying to
help.
I don’t always have the answer to a question, but I do know that
someone within KAG that knows the answer, be it a New Bee or a seasoned
KAGster. I don’t care where the answer comes from as long as the
question is answered and the person asking the question is happy with
the answer or whatever help was needed. Just because someone has a
title does not mean that they are more important than anyone else. We
are all fans, part of a fan club whose main focus is Klingons, which is
part of StarTrek. Remember KAG’s First Rule: HAVE FUN!
