I am after a Klingon
renaissance. I don't need or have to have much faith in Trek
movies to come, or how the Klingons will be presented in these
future pictures. I'd just like to see KAG lead the way for the
other dinky clubs --- that we can and should tap into our
fandom's history, its TOS history.
I've been thinking about those TOS/Day of the Dove Pins. They're
not the usual sort of rank pin:

I'm not interested in the reasons behind switching from round
rank pins in the earlier TOS shows --- I just like these
colorful pieces. How many different colors are there? And there
are a couple of different styles.
Some seem like clip-ons, and that makes me think of blank
tie-pins that've been painted, OR even guitar picks or "press-on
nails:.
As we of KAG see more and more of our people actually getting
involved in TOS play, we should keep looking at new pins, belt
buckles, sashes and pins for those. And DISRUPTORS.
