It fills my heart with pride to announce that the following warrior has stepped forth, volunteering to fill a position that is both rewarding and fulfilling. The position I am speaking about is that of Quadrant Commander of the Dark Phoenix Quadrant. This warrior has won many battles, and is a worthy opponent.

Let those who are against us quake with fear, for this warrior stands forth, leading us to victory in the battle to make this planet that we have been stranded upon more like our homeworld. Where there is no hunger, where there is enough for everyone, and the transporters work all the time! I hope that you all will work with this warrior to make all of our dreams come true. I am LCDR SajQa' vestai-Fenix, currently commanding the IKV Sharp Justice, and now taking over as Dark Phoenix Quadrant Commander.

I shall endeavor to battle whatever comes my way, for the Glory of the Empire, and the Dark Phoenix Quadrant.
