On July 18, 2020, the IKV Executioner invaded the 6th Anniversary Celebration of the founding of The Spot, a comic book and collectibles store in Newton, NC. I and Lt. Kaldhaas tai-Kaldhaas, part of the IKV Executioner’s medical crew, attended. We both represented the Imperial Xeno Legion with my species being Andorian and his being Romulan. The event began at 10 am and was to be originally held mostly outside, but the oppressive heat eventually drove the pink skins inside.
Kaldhass and I were the only attendees for a good while, but more and more pink skins in the form of the Star Trek Independent Fleet and other guests arrived. Though we continued to social distance, I donned my mask. Food preparation did not begin until around 11:30 am. I had planned to eat around noon before leaving, but the food was not ready.
As the number of pink skin guests increased, and social distancing became more and more difficult, I decided to leave the event in Kaldhaas’ hands and make my way home.
It was great to see the guys at the Spot and I really hate that COVID-19 hampers the ejoyment of these kinds of things. I am hoping for 2021 to be different. Qapla’!

Thanks, want to go a lighter blue, but you know how it is down here in the South… we tend to tan a lot LOL
