On December 12th 2021 KAG invaded the Charlotte Winter Comic Con. The KPV Krimson Fury and IKV Executioner were both in attendance and raised money for Kwanzaa Family Inn, as well as accepting non-perishable food donations and toys for Toys 4Tots.
All three participants were in costume, Lt. Cmdr. Martok vestai-lungqIj, Lt. Dronoss tai and his mate, Lt. Krikala tai. We were stationed near the 501st Garrison, and one of their members was polite enough to take our picture for our records. A good time was had by all. We were not challenged to do battle, which was unfortunate, but not unexpected. We are fierce warriors, after all.
Many of the con regulars asked about the wellbeing of IXL Brigadier Keela zantai-Septaric, CO Dark Star Quadrant, CO IKV Executioner. We were happy to pass on news that she was well, just unable to attend, and would hopefully be able to join us on our next invasion!
