Charlotte Mini-Con, January 30, 2016

In order to assist Marine Lt. Mek’Tor vestai-Ko’Dash, CO of the IKV Mek’Tor’s Revenge (out of Belmont, NC), in acclimating to the con scene in his area, I dusted off my armor (having recovered from a broken right wrist/arm and on medication for heart issues) and flew the IKV Raging Wolf shuttle (with IXL Lt. S’Risha tai and the Raging Marshmallow) to set up a KAG table at Charlotte Mini-Con at the Grady Cole Center in Charlotte, NC. It was a pretty good convention, mostly comic book oriented, and we got to know Mek’Tor (formerly of KLAW) a little bit. S’Risha and I got to see some people we knew, make new friends (the Raging Marshmallow especially), and raise $130 for Kwanzaa Family Inn women’s shelter. All participating costumed Warriors receive a battle notch. Qapla’!
