tlharnoQ’s Log: At the request of the humans who operate the local comics and collectibles store, Jump City, the crew of the CRIMSON DAWN were on hand Saturday morning for Free Comic Book Day. Many humans packed themselves into their establishment in search of new literature and found themselves face to face with our warriors! We seized this opportunity to provide them with information about the Empire, and exchanged tips on crafting armour. The staff of Jump City are also aiding in our recruiting efforts by displaying our posters and business cards in their store. Their service to the Empire shall not be forgotten.
We then proceeded down the street to a local diner called the Pine Dairy Bar. Again, the humans failed to provide a menu with live food, but a warrior endures what she must. The sweetened, frozen cow’s milk had to be consumed prior to eating our actual meal. Ice Cream is a dish best served cold. We then sampled the local delicacy “poutine,” which if it had been moving bears a rather striking resemblance to gagh. This tera’ngan food will take some getting used to, but this Pine Dairy Bar seems an excellent establishment for that. We look forward to descending upon more local restaurants.
