Mindscanner, Promotion, and more!

Fellow Warriors of the Klingon Assault Group, and other inhabitants of Terra.

Today I have the privilege of making several announcements.

First, I can reveal a project that several members have been working on for the past few months. We have been working to scan in and republish all the old issues of the Mindscanner. We plan to release one issue per weekday, starting with the very first issue:

Mind Scanner 01 00

Issue 1 was originally released in November of 1990. It contains all kinds of information about the start of the KAG and how to become a Klingon warrior! Read it to learn more about the history of our club!

This project could not have been possible without the hard work of Kona-Nor of the House of D’ung’Yi’Sun’Sin, which brings me to my second announcement.

As of this day, Kona-Nor is hereby promoted to the rank of Commander with all the rights and privileges associated with that rank, and is assigned the position of Quadrant Commander for the Dark Phoenix Quadrant. Kona-Nor held this position once before, and has been working diligently over the last few months to rebuild KAG in that area. He’s already helped get two ships started, the IKV Dark Star, commanded by Kona-nor and Lt. Kamish, and the IKV Raptor commanded Lt. Kirak, and more are being planned. With his help the Dark Phoenix Quadrant will rise from the ashes to be a powerful force in KAG once more!

Qapla’ Commander Kona-Nor! Qapla’ Dark Phoenix Quadrant! Qapla’ KAG!

  1. Hello Adm. Qurgh, is there a way to download these as pdfs?  I miss the format of the printed version, nice to hold in hand and enjoy.  Any chance with the new editions to include a link to print the entire Mindscanner instead of page by page?

  2. KQuita, I’m working on other ways to view these, but there’s currently no way to export them as PDFs. You can see it as one giant page by going to http://www.kag.org/ms/1/full/, but that view probably won’t print well. You can also save each image (right click/save image as), and then print them out that way.

  3. I’ve been enjoying reading the old issues as they’ve been added. Great work all involved! Your efforts doing this service are greatly appreciated.
